The League Of Extraordinary Tracks II: 4. ALL CHANGE! – Polls

My observations, based on just one listen, with no concern for how they play into the all-change theme at hand. It would be great if I could make more time for this, but my musical agenda – not to mention the real life one – is overflowing as it is). 
As it is, those first impressions…
🔳”Wiggle Waggle”: never heard this crackin’ track – but as a Dutchie I’m obviously extremely familiar with local hip-house heroes King Bee’s “Back By Dope Demand”, of which it’s its sampled backbone (not that I was aware of that until today!). [my number 3️⃣]

🔳”Double Trio”: got sucked into this more and more as it went on, more so by the music then the vocals. I’d actually like to listen to it some more. [my number 2️⃣]
[UPDATE after I did some research after all: I heard and loved “Knees” by Injury Reserve four years ago – I assume thru some EOY list or other)
🔳“Habadash”: wow, these are really good so far! The continental (?) dub fusion I didn’t know I needed. [my number 1️⃣]
🔳”La Carne, La Morte E Il Diavolo”: It’s pretty, I like it, but I need a bit more bite right now. If we’re going into this territory at all, I much prefer something like Ennio Morricone’s “Chi Mai”, which this reminds me of.
(also, I may have heard this one. I lived in with a friend for a while in the early 90s who was big on Propaganda. He may have put it on at some point or other)
🔳“Last Chance To Dance”: I know this! Exquisite track. A minor hit in my household back in 2015. It’s an almost perfect facsimile of the avant-r&b of Groove Theory, the short-lived mid-90s project of Amel Larrieux and Bryce Wilson of “Tell Me” fame.
🔳“Selfish”: pretty, no special feelings otherwise. (Was this a single? Then I may have heard it) (UPDATE: yes, it was, in ‘93.)
🔳“Ongelofelijk”: A song in Dutch! Never heard it before! Or of them! – unless I forgot all about them. It’s a-ight. [UPDATE: it’s all coming back to me now. I *have* heard of them. I may have actually *seen* them live in an earlier incarnation! And since it was a minor (radio) hit in NL, I probably *have* heard “Ongelofelijk”. They beat EMF to that song title by 18 months as well!

🔳“Across The Sea”: not for me, really.

🔳“Flowers by the door”: I like this one the least so far. It sounds Dutch! Saving grace: that scratchy, raggedy guitar thing 2 minutes in).
🔳“Egg Sandwich”: oh well.
🔳“Grey Skies”: pretty sure I must have heard this version back in [checks] 2007. 
In conclusion: an extremely heavily front-loaded playlist. Things got progressively less interesting the further I went down the playlist (the Spotify one, “Grey Skies” was an improvement).
-Four unequivocally good tracks, of which I already knew one. 
-Four sort of fine tracks, all of which I had (probably) heard before.
-Three tracks (all new to me) that where not for me.
